Capitol Dome Under Repair

Late Fall, just before the clock switches back from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time, has the run rising the latest in the day that it ever does, even later by about ten to twenty minutes then at the Winter's solstice. On one mild October morning, with the Capitol Dome being encased in the frame that will allow it to be refurbished, I took some sunrise photos. Enjoy
